• Air

    • Air is the part of Earth's atmosphere that humans breathe. It is essential for all life on earth but we are doing all sorts of bad things to it.

  • Time spend indoors

  • Indoor is worst

The air inside a typical home, or office, is 2-5 times more polluted than the air just outside - and in some cases much more. Indoor air pollution arises from cleaning products, personal care products, paints, carpets, computers, printers, and a number of other things…

    Our products are off-gassing chemicals

Bad chemicals are seeping out of building materials, furniture, office equipment, carpet, paints etc. Office air contains as many as 350 chemicals emitted by materials, furnishings, and office machines.

    Ground level ozone is bad

Printers, copy and fax machines, for example, are all off gazing ozone. Scientists have yet to figure out definitively what happens when that ozone mixes with other chemicals in the air. But between 2000 and 2030, premature deaths caused by ground-level ozone is expected to increase by a factor of 4.

    What to do?

You can use green cleaning products, paint with paints that are free of toxic chemicals, and in general use products that are made with the environment and YOU in mind.
